I'm seriously not the best decision maker. I can ummm and errr about what to choose from the menu til my friends order for me out of frustration :-)
However, I have witnessed and experienced many situations where making a small decision can turn your life around.
It's often the small choices we make on a regular basis that creates our habits, so although big decisions like moving house, starting a family, changing jobs can appear to have the most impact, it's actually the little things that are just as important. So, perhaps before you pick up that cigarette or grab that extra cookie, you might just remember that it's always a good idea to make conscious choices, whether you think it's a big or small - cause it's always harder to break a habit than it is to form one!! :-)
