Service Description

Sometimes it's helpful to work on issues and concerns in a group environment. Not only can you discover that you're not the only one dealing with a certain issue, but you can also connect with like minded people and enjoy peer support. Group mentoring programs are run monthly and are a great way reduce financial stress and to continue being accountable and to be supported outside of session. Each attendee receives a private consult and then applies the practical techniques in a group environment, encouraging action, consistency and followup for 2 hours per week for 4 weeks.
