Our Personal Coaching program, looks at all areas in your life. We customise the program and make a plan to identify and prioritise the areas that need to be addressed. It's 3 x 90 minute sessions which can be extended if needed. We work together to plan and implement the changes you wish to make. It's a fantastic program that supports lasting change and can really assist those who struggle to do things on their own, those that are committed to changing habits but are prone to self sabotage and who need to be held accountable.
