About the event
This 4 week workshop is for parents & teens wanting support, tools & life skills as they transition into adulthood. You'll learn a variety of practical techniques to assist with Anxiety, Motivation, Focus and Self Esteem.
This program has been developed by parents to address teenage mental health concerns. It's co-presented by Kathryn Beacroft from Journey for Health and Marisa Finestone from Change HQ.
