This 4 week workshop is for parents & young adults aged 15-18yrs wanting support, tools & life skills as they transition into adulthood. You'll learn a variety of practical techniques to assist with Anxiety, Motivation, Focus and Self Esteem.

W2 - "Get Set with the Right Attitude" - Tue 24th Oct 7pm - 8:30pm
Learn all about how your unconscious mind works and how different thought patterns affect your behaviour and results.
W3 - "The MindBody Connection" - Tue 31st Oct 7pm - 8:30pm
Learn how the Mind and Body work together! Goal Setting, Relaxation and Nutrition for healthy body and productive mind.
W4 - "Bringing it all together" - Tue 7th Nov 7pm - 8:30pm
